Operating with a global orientation and deep roots in the Mexico–U.S. corridor, the firm advises clients on treaty interpretation and optimization, international trade agreements, structured finance, regulatory securities matters, and multi-jurisdictional tax positioning. TAFTS advises on the interpretation and optimization of bilateral and multilateral tax treaties, the structuring and execution of international trade agreements, sophisticated structured-finance transactions, securities regulatory compliance, and the design of tax-efficient cross-border architectures. RSO Strategies Group, was formed in 2023, a joint venture formed between Athena Accountants + Risk Advisory and the professional law and accounting practices of ROI Group (México).
